I wanted to bridge the gap between consultancy and recruitment, offering a premium service without falling into the negative stereotypes that often surround agencies. Since 2014, I’ve played a pivotal role in bringing major onshore and offshore wind farms across the UK and mainland Europe to life. Having worked on some of the most exciting, time sensitive and investment heavy projects – I understand the importance of putting the customer, and my network at front and center of everything I do. My mission and overall purpose is to not only provide solutions for our customer, but also to be proactive in guiding you on how to scale, retain and deliver effectively in one of the most talent competitive industries.

As a dedicated recruitment consultant within the wind industry, I specialise in connecting top HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality professionals with leading renewable energy projects across the globe. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges and compliance standards within the wind sector, I take pride in sourcing skilled specialists who help drive safe, sustainable, and high-quality operations.

My focus is on building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike, understanding not just the technical requirements of each role, but the culture, values, and future ambitions that make a true match. Rosie is Marketing Manager at Quantum Sourcing and the wider CLM Group, shaping how the business presents itself to clients and candidates worldwide.

Greta leads global Operations at CLM Search and Quantum Sourcing, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Greta started her career at the CLM Group in a candidate-facing role on our Search team, before moving across to our central team, where she has progressed from Coordinator to Operations Manager over the last 3 years.

Aleks is Quantum Sourcing’s Head of Finance, overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the numbers. Since joining the CLM Group a year and a half ago, she has taken ownership of all financial processes, supporting the business with the insight and structure needed to grow sustainably.
